All the ingredients for our blends are produced from real herbs, spices, vegetables and fruits with no additives or preservatives and are naturally dehydrated or air dried. We hand mix and package everything ourselves in our beautiful facility in Atlanta, Georgia. These mix-ins are intended as a flavor enhancer to everything from proteins to vegetables to snacks and as dips.
Dang Good Dukka
Dukka or Dukkah is an Egyptian spice blend that includes ground nuts (we use almonds because they are a less allergy-prone nut for most), coriander, cumin, Kosher salt, sumac and sesame seeds all toasted and hand ground. It is wonderful as a snack with a good olive oil on pita or with radishes; fantastic on lamb, chicken or fish but particularly good with eggplant. Look for our black bean slider recipe in the Recipes section!

So Here's the Rub...
This rub brings a little heat and sweet. With a mixture of Cajun seasoning, light brown sugar, cumin, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper, this blend will enhance your favorite steak, lamb, poultry or fish. Throw it on the grill for a great crust. Pretty darn fabulous on sweet potato french fries. And don't forget the popcorn; it adds terrific flavor to one of America's favorite snacks.

We all know grits aren't just for breakfast anymore! We've taken your grits to cornier levels by adding corn powder from dehydrated corn; and ramped up the spice factor by throwing in diced dried jalapenos, crushed red pepper flakes, chives, garlic powder, granulated onion, salt and dried green onion. For added umph to your grits throw in some cheddar or parmesan. But try the blend in cornbread - talk about jazzing up a boxed mix. We even cut leftover cornbread into cubes, toasted 'em and make our Thanksgiving dressing this year. Deelish!
Sorta Spicy Very Veggie
Talk about a versatile mix-in! As with all of our products, this one is all-natural and has a delicious combination of vegetables and spices: red and green bell peppers, carrots, celery, onions, a dash of cumin for spice, a little dried jalapeño for zip, a bit of garlic, and just a pinch of Kosher salt to enhance all the flavors. Great for a dip or to add into soups. The most popular use so far is the classic Spinach Dip! Sometimes we even add chopped artichoke hearts! You cannot go wrong with this one!
