All of our products are all natural, no additives or preservatives.  We take pride in how our product is produced.  We hand mix all of our blends and package them by hand. And ALL the recipes are original and developed by us.

From Farm to Table

Rippin' Ranch

After you've made this All American condiment (we call ranch dressing) at home, you will never buy any other blend or bottle! Our version has all the delicious and traditional herbs like dill, parsley, chives, and celery seeds, but also granulated onion, garlic powder, black pepper, and Dijon mustard powder. You add fresh buttermilk and sour cream, plus mayo if desired, for a creamy dressing OR use the dry mix in a million different ways: as a crust on chicken tenders, on popcorn, on corn on the cob, in batter for onion rings, in biscuits...and on and on and on! Just imagine the possibilities!

Dilly My Chips

Pucker up! Just have regular chips in the pantry but you're craving dill pickle chips? Our mix of dried dill weed, ground dill seed, lime salt, white wine vinegar powder and citric acid is just what you need to satisfy that craving. Warm your chips, sprinkle with the mix and voila!  This 2-bag package seasons up to 2 (8-oz.) bags of your favorite potato chips.  Also great on popcorn, cucumbers, tomatoes and salads.

To see products currently under development, go to our "Product" page. And let us know if there is a particular blend you'd like us to develop ("Contact Us" page). For example, we recently had a loyal customer ask about a hot cocoa blend: what do you think about that with a dash of cayenne and little chips of dark chocolate to get all melty and add additional depth?!

Loaded Onion Mix

Loaded Onion Mix is a blend of 7 alliums.  Included in the mix are sliced white onion, dehydrated shallot, dehydrated green onion, minced white onion, chives, salt, garlic powder and onion powder.  This is a great dip for chips and veggies, mixed in ground beef or turkey for burgers or meatloaf or perfect for an onion vinaigrette. And who doesn't love onion dip? Instant party!!

Fresh Herb & Spice Blends

To enhance your basic pantry items

Vegetarian & Vegan Friendly

So Here's the Rub...

This rub brings a little heat and sweet.  With a mixture of Cajun seasoning, light brown sugar, cumin, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper,  this blend will enhance your favorite steak, lamb, poultry or fish. Throw it on the grill for a great crust. Pretty darn fabulous on sweet potato french fries. And don't forget the popcorn; it adds terrific flavor to one of America's favorite snacks.

Call me Corny (Groovy Grits)

We had an epiphany when we realized that this blend is not just for grits anymore! We've come up with lots options to take more than just grits to cornier levels. Our blend has corn powder from dehydrated corn and we ramped up the spice factor by adding diced dried jalapenos, but also chives, dried green onion, garlic powder, granulated onion, and a dash of salt. Making grits? For added umph throw in some cheddar or parmesan. Try it in cornbread: talk about jazzing up a boxed mix. Our newest recipe? Chowder with Corn and Shrimp!

All the ingredients for our blends are produced from real herbs, spices, vegetables and fruits with no additives or preservatives and are naturally dehydrated or air dried. We hand mix and package everything ourselves in our beautiful facility in Atlanta, Georgia. These mix-ins are intended as a flavor enhancer to everything from proteins to vegetables to snacks and as dips.

THYME to think of football season AND the holidays!

We have the perfect blends for tailgating, family who cook (or don't!), hostess gifts, stocking stuffers, or your own pantry to have on hand for drop-ins.

Dang Good Dukka

Dukka or Dukkah is an Egyptian spice blend that includes ground nuts (we use almonds because they are a less allergy-prone nut for most), coriander, cumin, Kosher salt, sumac and sesame seeds all toasted and hand ground. It is wonderful as a snack with a good olive oil on pita or with radishes; fantastic on lamb, chicken or fish but particularly good with eggplant. Look for our black bean slider recipe in the Recipes section!

Crazy for Coconut Curry

Our own mild curry recipe with a hint of sweet, added to unsweetened shredded coconut, brown sugar, and an extra pinch of ginger, all of which make this blend a perfect addition to rice, as a dip (sweet or savory!), or stirred into yogurt. It's also a great marinade for chicken; grill it and serve with a spicy peanut sauce! Yum!

Sorta' Spicy Very Veggie

Talk about a versatile mix-in! As with all of our products, this one is all-natural and has a delicious combination of vegetables and spices: red and green bell peppers, carrots, celery, onions, a dash of cumin for spice, a little dried jalapeño for zip, a bit of garlic, and just a pinch of Kosher salt to enhance all the flavors. Great for a dip or to add into soups. The most popular use so far is the classic Spinach Dip! Sometimes we even add chopped artichoke hearts! You cannot go wrong with this one!
